We are excited to announce a new PFLAG support group has started to serve Henry and Spalding County. This will serve Stockbridge, Morrow, Griffin, Sun City, Lovejoy, Fairview, Hampton, McDonough, Locust Grove, Jenkinsburg, etc

PFLAG Support Group meets in Johns Creek GA (North Fulton / Gwinnett / Forsyth)

Hello Johns Creek, Alpharetta and North Fulton County! We will have our meetings on the Third Tuesday of every month at Johns Creek United Methodist Church at 7:00 PM. The meeting is support-based and all lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people are invited along with their parents, friends and family members. We will break into small groups and each will be led by a trained facilitator. Everything that is said is confidential and we share our stories without giving advice.

PFLAG Support Group meets in Peachtree City GA

The PFLAG Peachtree City Support Group serves lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their parents, families and friends from Fayette, Coweta, Clayton and Henry County. We will be meeting in the St. Andrew’s in the Pines Episcopal Church Parish Hall at 7:00 PM on the Third Thursday of every month. St. Andrews in the Pines church is located at the intersection of North Peachtree Pkwy and Interlochen Dr/Stevens Entry. If you put in the address into Google maps, it usually puts you one intersection away. Use the cross streets above to get the exact location.

Sunday Mar 20: “Out of the Box” - People who don’t identify on the binary

Come hear from a panel of people who don’t identify on the “traditional” binaries. We’ll explore pansexual, genderqueer and all those terms you might have heard that left you scratching your head in confusion. Bring and open mind and your questions!

We meet on the third Sunday afternoon of every month at Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta. Parents and family who are struggling with the news of a loved one coming out and lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender persons are encouraged to attend our support group meetings. If you are lesbian, gay, bi or transgender and would like to come out to your friends and family, and are looking for ways to come out, this is an excellent place to get support and ideas that have worked for others. We often have a program or speaker from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. After our program, we have an hour of facilitated support groups. These meetings will run to 5pm. If we only have support groups (no speaker/program) our meeting ends at 4pm. In support groups, we share our stories but do not counsel. Trained facilitators moderate the discussion. Everything that is said within the group remains confidential.

Entrance is from the left hand side of the building, towards the back. Look for the PFLAG sign.
