Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could have a “Hogwarts School” for our LGBTQ kids, where they would be free to be who they are without judgement or repression?

This Sunday, PFLAG will host Christian Zsilavetz, whose dream is to open a Pride School in Atlanta.

Pride School’s essential mission is to provide LGBTQIAAA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans/genderfluid/genderqueer/gender gifted, questioning, intersex, asexual, agender, allies) teachers, students and families a safe and fun learning environment, free of homophobia and transphobia- a place that honors their identities so they can be themselves, find themselves, and find friends and mentors who can help them navigate the challenges of life and education.
